Thank you for shopping with Rowdy Paws. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. Because of how our products are made, our policy differs from typical retail stores. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Made-to-Order / Pre-Order Products
Every Rowdy Paws item is made to order. We do not keep finished inventory sitting on a shelf — each product is individually crafted specifically for you once your order is placed. All orders are treated as pre-orders.
Because production begins as soon as your order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel, change, or refund orders once they have been placed.
Production & Shipping Timeline
- Production time: Please allow 3–4 weeks for your item to be made before it ships.
- Shipping time: After your item ships, delivery takes an additional 6–12 days to reach you.
Please factor this full timeline into your purchase. These timeframes are estimates and may occasionally vary due to demand, materials, or carrier delays.
No Refunds — All Sales Final
Because our products are custom made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason once an order has been placed, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind — we cannot offer refunds if you change your mind, no longer want the item, or ordered by mistake.
- Longer-than-expected wait times within the estimated timeline.
- Ordering the wrong item, color, or option.
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please make sure you are certain about your purchase before completing checkout.
Damaged Items — Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, you are covered by our 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement on a damaged item, you must:
- Contact us at rowdypawsco@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number.
- Provide clear photos or video showing the damage.
Once we review and confirm the damage, we will arrange a refund or replacement at our discretion. This 30-day damage warranty is the only circumstance under which a refund is issued.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by pets (chewing, scratching, etc.), misuse, improper care, or accidents after delivery.
- Damage reported more than 30 days after delivery.
Agreement to This Policy
By placing an order with Rowdy Paws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Return & Refund Policy in full — including that your order is a made-to-order pre-order, that production and shipping take the timeframes stated above, and that all sales are final with no refunds except for items that arrive damaged as covered by our 30-day warranty.
